Whats happened to Harry Kane?

This season Harry Kane hasnt been the same player he was last year, scoring 1 goal this season and seems to be lacking ideas,pace and his once clinical finising, Last season he finished on 31 goals and was voted PFA young player of the season. Manager Mauricio Pochettino has claimed "The striker sometimes needs confidence and trust and maybe he has lost his confidence a little bit". Kane was in the squad for Englands u21 european championship which has also played a part in Kanes drop in form according Mauricio Pochettino. Harry Kane netted his first goal of the campaign in Tottenham's 4-1 crushing of Man City last weekend. Although the young English striker hasnt been on target for his club he scored 2 goals for england in 2 matches in the European qualifiers. Some would argue that this is just another case of "one season syndrome" but we will have to continue watching him and see how he handles the ongoing fixtures of the bpl campaign, Spurs next fixture is at home to Liverpool on Saturday 17th October.
